Part of our Signature Series, this commercial frame tent combines an impressive gable profile with a wide, completely open interior and no center poles. The 40-foot-wide footprint gives event planners tremendous flexibility for guest seating, dance floors, entertainment, bars, catering areas, décor, and lighting.

For weddings and large events, this tent can transform an open property into a complete temporary venue.

What Can You Fit Under a 40x60 Tent?

As a general planning guide:

Seated Dinner with 60" Round Tables: Approximately 180–200 guests
Banquet-Style Seating: Approximately 225–240 guests
Ceremony or Chairs Only: Approximately 375–400 guests
Cocktail or Standing Event: Approximately 300–325 guests

These numbers are intended as planning estimates when most of the tent is dedicated to guest seating or standing room.

For a complete reception, we recommend planning differently.

Designed for a Complete Wedding Reception

The 40-foot width gives us room to create a more natural reception layout with a central dance floor surrounded by guest tables, rather than simply placing rows of tables from one end of the tent to the other.

Depending on your guest count and layout, the 40x60 can provide space for:
