Our 40x45 Signature Gable Tent introduces the next level of our professional tent inventory. The additional width creates a broad, open interior that is especially well suited for weddings, receptions, corporate events, galas, banquets, and upscale outdoor celebrations.
Part of our Signature Series, this commercial frame tent features an elegant gable design and a completely open interior with no center poles. The wider footprint provides exceptional flexibility for guest tables, dance floors, entertainment, bars, catering areas, décor, and lighting.
What Can You Fit Under a 40x45 Tent?
As a general planning guide:
Seated Dinner with 60" Round Tables: Approximately 140–150 guests
Banquet-Style Seating: Approximately 175–180 guests
Ceremony or Chairs Only: Approximately 275–300 guests
Cocktail or Standing Event: Approximately 225–250 guests
Those numbers assume that most of the tent is dedicated to guests. Once you begin building a complete reception, capacity changes.
The Advantage of a 40-Foot-Wide Tent
The Signature Series isn't simply about fitting more people.
That additional width gives us more freedom to create a balanced reception layout, with guest tables positioned around a central dance floor instead of forcing every part of the event into a long, narrow floor plan.
For weddings, a 40x45 can comfortably become a complete reception space for a smaller guest count with room for guest tables, a dance floor, DJ or entertainment area, sweetheart or head table, bar, buffet, cake table, and other important event features.
A full wedding layout with these features may be more comfortable around 100–125 seated guests, depending on the dance floor size, food service, bar, and other equipment you choose.
