Our 30x75 Premium Gable Event Tent gives you the space to create much more than a covered seating area. This is a substantial event tent designed for weddings, receptions, corporate events, galas, banquets, festivals, and other large gatherings where both appearance and usable space matter.

Part of our Premium Line, the commercial frame design provides a completely open interior with no center poles, giving you the freedom to design your event around guest seating, a dance floor, entertainment, bars, catering, décor, and lighting.

What Can You Fit Under a 30x75 Tent?

When most of the tent is dedicated to guest seating, a general planning guide is:

Seated Dinner with 60" Round Tables: Approximately 168 guests
Banquet-Style Seating: Approximately 225–240 guests
Ceremony or Chairs Only: Approximately 350–375 guests
Cocktail or Standing Event: Approximately 275–300 guests

For round-table dining, picture approximately 21 tables with eight guests per table arranged beneath the tent.

But for weddings and receptions, maximum seating capacity only tells part of the story.

Build a Complete Reception Under One Tent

The additional space of the 30x75 makes it possible to bring many of the important parts of your reception together beneath one structure.

Depending on guest count and layout, your reception can include guest tables, a dance floor, DJ or entertainment area, sweetheart or head table, bar, buffet, cake table, gift table, and other event features without making everything feel squeezed together.

A wedding with all of these features will seat considerably fewer guests than a dining-only layout. As an example, a reception in this size range with a dance floor and other event features may be more comfortable around 125–150 seated guests, depending on exactly what you want underneath the tent.

That extra breathing room matters. Instead of planning around the absolute maximum number of chairs we can fit, we can help you build a layout that actually feels like a wedding reception.
