Our 30x90 Premium Gable Event Tent is the largest configuration in our 30-wide Premium Line and provides an impressive setting for weddings, receptions, corporate events, galas, banquets, festivals, and large private celebrations.

The commercial frame design creates a completely open interior with no center poles, giving you the freedom to build your layout around your event instead of working around the tent. Guest seating, dance floors, entertainment, bars, catering areas, décor, and lighting can all be incorporated into one professionally planned space.

For weddings especially, the 30x90 provides enough room to create the feel of a temporary outdoor venue almost anywhere.

What Can You Fit Under a 30x90 Tent?

When most of the tent is dedicated to seating, a general planning guide is:

Seated Dinner with 60" Round Tables: Approximately 216 guests
Banquet-Style Seating: Approximately 250–288 guests
Ceremony or Chairs Only: Approximately 400–450 guests
Cocktail or Standing Event: Approximately 325–375 guests

For round-table dining, picture approximately 27 round tables with eight guests per table beneath one large, open structure.

Those numbers represent seating-focused layouts. For a wedding reception, we usually recommend planning around much more than the maximum number of chairs that will fit.

Build the Entire Reception Under One Tent

This is where the 30x90 really shines.

With a properly planned layout, there is room to bring together guest tables, a dance floor, DJ or entertainment area, sweetheart or head table, bar, buffet, cake table, gift table, and other event features underneath the same tent.

For a more complete wedding reception with a dance floor and several of these additional features, approximately 150–175 seated guests is a much more realistic starting point for planning.

That breathing room gives guests space to move, keeps important areas from feeling crowded, and allows the tent to feel like an actual reception venue rather than simply a roof over a group of tables.
