Our 30x45 Premium Gable Event Tent offers a spacious, polished setting for weddings, receptions, corporate functions, private celebrations, and professionally planned events. The commercial frame design provides a completely open interior with no center poles, giving you greater freedom when planning guest seating, décor, entertainment, and food service.
Part of our Premium Line, this tent features the clean white appearance and distinctive gable design that helps transform an outdoor space into a true event venue.
What Can You Fit Under a 30x45 Tent?
The additional length of the 30x45 creates substantially more flexibility for guest seating and event features than a smaller tent.
As a general planning guide:
Seated Dinner with 60" Round Tables: Approximately 96–104 guests
Banquet-Style Seating: Approximately 120–135 guests
Ceremony or Chairs Only: Approximately 200–225 guests
Cocktail or Standing Event: Approximately 160–190 guests
For a seated dinner, picture approximately twelve to thirteen 60" round tables with eight guests per table, while still maintaining reasonable circulation around the seating area.
The 30x45 is also a great option for an intimate wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, corporate dinner, cocktail reception, or covered ceremony.
Planning a Wedding Reception?
This is where choosing a tent based solely on guest capacity can get misleading.
A 30x45 may accommodate around 100 guests for dining when most of the space is dedicated to tables. But if you also want a dance floor, DJ, bar, buffet, sweetheart table, cake table, gift table, or lounge area, those features reduce the available seating space.
For example, a smaller guest count can use the extra room to create a much more complete reception layout with guest tables, a dance floor, DJ area, and other event features all underneath the same tent.
